It's so very popular in Minas Gerais state!
Can I substitute the milk with almond milk or coconut milk, and cheese with vegan cheese, also if I don't want to add eggs what can I add in replacement. I want to make them vegan.
Had these at gaucho restaurant, very nice
how much is 400 f in celcius ??
looks delicious , eu quero.
I made these last night and they turned out really good. My wife and I are paleo and have been looking for a grain free bread that actually tastes good and these really do. We made them as 5 inch burger buns and they turned out great. So nice to be able to eat burgers again with buns! Thanks CrunchyHousewife!
Salve ! Brasillll ! realmente Γ© muito bom pΓ£o de queijo!!
Coconut oil?!?! Iv never made it with coconut oil… And it's very watery. I'm so confused. Iv always been able to roll then onto balls and put them on a baking sheet
Well, as a matter of fact, it's possible to find both cheese bread styles (the hollow one and the "solid" one) in Brazil. However, the recipe you've just presented (airy) is actually a "commercial" version that small, rather simple, businesses produce in order to save ingredients and gain money with the volume. The original PΓ£o de Queijo, when raw, doesn't have a batter consistency, but a dough consistency instead.
You should try the other recipe as well, it's yummier. Btw, some people fill cheese bread with hard guava jelly. The mixture of guava candy with cheese in Brazil is a VERY famous combination named Romeo and Juliette.
But whennn did you use the coconut oil????
Pao de queijo is not meant to be hollow
We make this bread in my country Bolivia actually Santa Cruz is typically eaten at afternoon with a cup of coffee, my recipe has butter and a little bit of baking powder to fluff up the bread and we work the dough with our hands.
Is it really pao de queijo recipe? It's very different from Dulce Delight's recipe.
It looks like Yorkshire pudding.
I like her voice, though. Her pronunciation is clear and easy to understand.
