    It looks like delicious but it isn't a Brazilian moqueca or fish stew. I'm from Bahia and the moqueca bahiana needs to add red palm oil. In addition, the ingredients aren't fried. Everything is boiled. Finally, the moqueca doesn't have paprika.

    Gonna try this with some monkish I have in freeze — which doesn't show a lot of option in on line recipes, so I risk but confident. Ive made Moqueca before, this seems easy, not too much exotic spice. Hope you are surviving the smoke of the fires in your new house, Nagi. Waiting to here any news on your blog.
