Chichen Stroganoff Brazilian Style – Strogonoff de Frango Brasileiro



By my nephew’s request today I made an amazing chicken stroganoff and decided to share this old family recipe with you. I hope you enjoy this Brazilian style chicken stroganoff, most Brazilians like to add mushrooms to the recipe and so do I, but most of my family do not like mushrooms so feel free to add some.     Boy, have your videos improved by leaps and bounds since this! The food was always great, but the presentation….. you are SO much more animated now, so enthusiastic, “and let me tell you something. I KNOW you weren’t that animated or keen back then, but just at yourself NOW!” As you might say!
