Potato?
Well ..I'm glad for your interest in 'coxinhas brasileiras'..but definitely it's not the recipe we use to make here in Brazil…but It seems delicious tho
Amazing recipe 🇧🇷🤤
How many hours & steps to make this? I think I'll pass this over to those who have the time & energy to make them. I know coxinhas, I've lived in Brazil & I absolutely love them… but if they're as fiddly as this to make…???
Thats a litlle diference🤔but Very good
This is not coxinha.
7:31 ಠ_ಠ delicious? Hahaha
This coxinha looks amazing.
cooks Chicken stock with Chicken stock
If that thing he cooked is coxinha, then I'm the lesbian lover of Queen Elizabeth II.
It looks lovely but the dough is Raw it needs to be cooked and the dough needs to be seasoned aswell before you shapped it into cochinha form
I don't know where you learned how to make chicken cushions, but I don't recognize anything that was done! Perhaps it would be better to follow an original recipe and not try to innovate to do something that is already enshrined in its simple, perfect and tasty way of being!
Greetings from Brazilian
Outraged!
Cream cheese and not Catupiry? what is this heresy?
DEVIA SER PRESO POR DA ISSO PARA AS PESSOAS, ALGUEM PODE PASSAR MAL COMENDO ESSE NEGOCIO CRU.
UMA BLASFÊMIA chamar isso de coxinha… . ISSO É UM BOLINHO QUALQUER..
We don't actualy use any carrots…
But you did a nice job!
Chickenyness
My God this man doesn't know how to do a Coxinha. Did it all wrong !!! This may be some kind of croquette but never Coxinha.
this pasta is never brazilian ….. its pasta looks like bubble gum ….. bubble gum
Congrats man! You did it better than the original recipe !! I think yours coxinhas must be delicious ! I'll try your recipe !!! Tks !
Coxinha is the most free and democratic recipe. Everyday comes someone with a diferent way to make coxinha. And isn't not againt the rules! So, let's be free and let's eat coxinhas!
it's pronounced ko-sheen-ya
A good try !!!
cenoura na coxinha tmnc kkkk
Essa receita tá muito errada.
you need to cook the dough, dude!
Sorry… but, cream cheese pales miles away from creamy requeijão (our "catupiry"). But, I do give you for the effort, close enough!
Cool to divulge the Brazilian coxinha, but the recipe is totally wrong. Stuffing wrong, and pasta too. 🥴
No way Brasilians are adding any of that amazing seasoning. Brasilians dont season and are afraid of spices.
BRASILIAN CARALHO!
Brazilian don’t like spicy we like more flavors. Salt, pepper garlic onions not much to it.
Estilizou a coxinha a anericana…
Good. Yes!
This is disrespect for me, because the Coxinha's dough was wrong. Here in Brazil, traditionally dough must be COOKED we the Brazilian always do it.
it looks pretty good but you have to cook the flour in the water
Dear Food Busker, first of all thanks for picking a Brazilian recipe and introduce it in your channel as well as to England (was it shot in Notting Hill, Portobello road market, perhaps?). Cooking is like any other form of art with space to re-interpret recipes and all, but if you want, at some point, to get down to what an authentic coxinha is like, the dough has a "trick"… Potato is dispensable, and would even divide opinions in Brazil… But one thing is mandatory it must be mixed in medium heat, so that the dough is "pre-booked" before you roll them… The amount of seasoning you used in the filling is slightly over the top for the Brazilian taste… But that's nothing to get hung about… As you probably have designed the idea for the taste of your customers… One last trick is to add an extra lump of cream cheese on the top part of the filling (top of the pear shape)… Let me know where your bar/restaurant is in London… I travel on business to UK once or twice a year…
Mash potato???
Not a real coxinha, I'm afraid.
Plus, coxinha's dough is cooked before "assembling" the coxinha, and then fried.
