Elements

Mixed Fruit Jam – 3 Tbsp
Desiccated Coconut

Dry Substances
Maida – 2 1/2 Cups
Sugar – 1/2 Cup
Baking Powder – 2 Tsp
Baking Soda – 1 Tsp
Salt – 1/4 Tsp

Soaked Elements
Milk – 2 Cups
Condensed Milk – 1/2 Cup
Refined Oil – 1/2 Cup
Melted Butter – 1/4 Cup
Vanilla Essence – 1 Tsp
Vinegar – 1 1/2 Tsp

To Make Sweet Syrup
Drinking water – 1/2 Cup
Sugar – 1/4 Cup
Honey – 3 Tbsp

Technique:
In a bowl, add all the dry elements together and mix properly
In an additional bowl, whisk all the damp ingredients with each other
Incorporate the dry ingredients to the moist components
Whisk almost everything properly
Line a cake tin with parchment paper, include pour the cake batter into it
Preheat the oven at 180C for 15 mins
Bake the cake for about 45 minutes
Get the cake out, let it neat down completely on a cooling rack
Get the cake out from the cake tin
Lower the leading, edges, and poke holes all above the cake applying a wood stick
Heat a pan with some water, increase sugar and permit it arrive to a boil
The moment the sugar is dissolved, increase honey and blend properly
Established it apart until it is heat
Pour the heat sugar and honey syrup all more than the cake
Heat a pan with some jam, allow it melt
Now spread the melted jam about the cake
Include desiccated coconut all around the cake
Reduce the cake into modest items and serve them.
