Great recipe, Pedro! When I was in Salvador da Bahia I could smell dendê oil a lot, and I loved it – it’s amazing in moqueca. This is the first recipe I’ve seen where marinading the oil in citrus is recommended. I will try this. For how long did you cook down the red and green capsicums (bell peppers)? I will try this recipe, and I will research the version from Espírito Santo, too.
