hi everything beem, the way you made the Brazilian torresmo is wrong, don't bake it, but like frying in oil, and the spice you throw afterwards, basically is the wrong way to make torresmo.

The filipino version is almost like the brazilian one. It's called pinakupsan. But with out the lime. We use fresh garlic, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Well I do anyways. We also don't deep fry it. We just cook it without oil and cook it unitl the fat renders out of it to the point it ends up deep frying in it's own fat. Just cook it until it's crispy.
I don't eat pork, but the way you guys talk about it makes me want to break my religion. lmao
