Today’s recipe is a star in Brazilian breakfasts, that’s Requeijão Cremoso. This recipe is very unique, is similar to cream cheese, and at the same time, very different. It’s creamy and soft, with a neutral taste. Good to add in other recipes and to spread on the bread in the morning. Hope you guys enjoy!

*You will need:
Milk | 4 cups | 1 liter
Vinegar or Lime | 3 to 4 table spoons
Butter | 2 table spoons
